I want to say their service has become average at best. They use to have the best service and quality products. I’ve been using them since 2012 and when I moved to South Florida in 2018, I was happy when they started to provide service there. I am now back in Jacksonville and I have been using them since July the quality is bad. Weeds are towing rampant and the techs don’t seem to know their stuff like they use to. Not sure what’s going on but I’m looking for a new service provider with better quality. It’s not like Turner is cheap.

We have had Turner Pest Control for over 10 years and the service has been excellent, whether it is regular quarterly pest control or handling a current bug problem. The technician has always been very friendly and courteous. They are very flexible and always work with our schedule in establishing an appointment time

Josh Harris is an excellent representative of Turner Pest Control. I had my termite bond lapse and did not understand the importance of it. He took the time to educate me and make the process of re-establishing the bond a better experience by working with me on the pricing so my oversight would be less painful.
