Turner has always been reliable and professional . They are very accommodating if I request schedule changes. Pam is my technician and she is great. She always remembers the little things that I had requested since the first day that she started here . I highly recommend Turner Pest Control.

When he arrived, he worked swiftly and efficiently in performing the tasks associated with treating our yard and house. I want to say their service has become average at best. They use to have the best service and quality products. I’ve been using them since 2012 and when I moved to South Florida in 2018, I was happy when they started to provide service there. I am now back in Jacksonville and I have been using them since July the quality is bad. Weeds are towing rampant and the techs don’t seem to know their stuff like they use to. Not sure what’s going on but I’m looking for a new service provider with better quality. It’s not like Turner is cheap.

Called three times with multiple voicemails to have someone come out and spray the yard with no return of phone call. Finally got through to someone and they were scheduled to come out on a Tuesday and didn’t show up until Wednesday. No notification of appointment change and no communication.
