Double charged me. Refused to issue refund, so I asked to apply overpay to my account and cancel immediately after credits had been used, which was 60+ days notice. I got a different company, as my yard was looking bad and we had pests in our home. Continued to send me bills, after I cancelled. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, and had proof of my cancellation, still refused to delete the fraudulent invoice for after my cancellation and SENT me to collections. Now I am disputing it with the collection agency and credit reporting agency, as my 835 credit score dropped into the 700s. I'm furious. Bad service. Dishonest. Run away

I used Turner pest control for my termite bond and have been very pleased. They’re very regular. They check the units that they have installed and they’ve come into my garage when necessary. Tray did a very good job today.

Kristopher at Turner Pest Control showed up to our home for a termite bond appointment that we never scheduled. He rang the doorbell but I I was on a work call and couldn’t come to the door. Instead of leaving, he decided to let himself into my backyard to do an “inspection.” At this point, I thought someone was trying to break into my home. I was home alone, and all I saw was some random man walking around my home and letting himself into my backyard through the gate unannounced. I hid in my bedroom terrified. Not only did he interrupt me while working and scare the living daylights out of me, it also just felt like a very aggressive sales tactic to show up for a termite bond renewal that I never approved or scheduled to begin with.

I just got off the phone with customer service, I am trying to get information about the type of service I need( inside insects). The man “helping” me seemed to be reading a script. I couldn’t get my questions answered about monthly service so I opted for the one time Option. Got everything set up and he wanted payment up front while we were on phone. I said no I don’t do business that way. He put me on hold, came back and said it had to be paid up front. I said I will use another company. I’ve used them in the past and the woman that helped me then was very helpful. Think customer service needs tweaking just a bit.
