I thoroughly enjoy doing business with Turner Pest Control. Whenever I call, they are courteous and efficient and my issue is always attended to promptly. The technicians who come to my home are always willing to answer questions and to address the problem immediately. Overall, it is a great pleasure knowing I have them for all my lawn care needs.

Have been a customer of Turner Pest Control for a few months now. The few times I have had to call about a problem, they come right out and get the problem fixed. I had another great service experience with Chad Jester this morning. Chad was at my house at the time of our scheduled appointment, and he addressed my issue in a timely and efficiently manner. Chad Jester is always very professional, thorough, and willing to answer all of my questions. It is a real pleasure to do business with him. Turner Pest Control techs are a wealth of knowledge!

We have had fruit flies, especially in our kitchen. We tried to get rid of them ourselves but couldn’t. Within two days of our calling Turner Pest Control they were here! Our technician is always very helpful and does an excellent job, and he even gave us some tips to keep the bugs away. We are always pleased with the timely, professional, and clean job he does. Most of all, he gets rid of the bugs! Thanks!

I used this company for about a year, started out as Brandon and then bought out by Turner. I recently canceled my service as I really didn't see any positive results of my lawn and at $60 a treatment that's unacceptable. I also caught the service guy on 2 occasions stating that he treated the lawn when he did not. I was home and in the backyard on 1 occasion and got a call from him stating he treated the lawn, unless he had an invisibility cloak he never treated the back yard as I was there and seriously doubt he treated the front. The other instance Nest had him ringing the door bell, and my Nest covering the driveway had him getting back in his truck and departing 5 minutes later without providing any service. I reported both instances to Turner and apparently nothing was done as I had the same service guy back. After I canceled, they continued to try and treat my lawn. My next call will be to the BBB and Florida Consumer Protection Agency.
