They guys were super friendly and personable, but more importantly, they were clearly experts. They took their time to fine where those pesky ghost ants were coming from and then decimated the invaders encampment and their infiltration routes.

As long as Tab is on staff you will have my business. I havent met another professional like him. Very personable and knowledgeable about all aspects of his job. Not only that he went out if his way to explain things to me, give me advice and gave me plenty of information and things to do to help our situation. This is a guy who cares and has the company interests first in my eyes and wants to keep customers.

Tech sprayed the front of my lawn with the wrong product, causing it to die. I reached out to customer service asking if the field manager could come assess my lawn, since the techs do not hold spray licenses to accurately evaluate the situation. Customer service put a note for them to call me, but they never did. I called again and the new customer service agent left a message for the field manager and the area manger (?) to call me within 48 hours. No one has called a week later. We have been customers of Turner's for over 5 years, so this is not the kind of service I would expect from them. Now I have to resort to leaving a bad review in hopes someone will actually call us.... obviously, we are now looking into other pest control companies.
