Only giving 1 star because you have to rate it to write a review. The worst pest control company there is, our technician refused to spray our home not once but twice and put down she did, so therefore led us to cancel and now are telling us we have to pay for 3 months after canceling or it’s going to a collection agency. Cancelled back in August and are charging us for sep-nov.

We just moved to Jacksonville and Turner Pest Control was recommended to us by a family member who's used their services for years. So far, so good! During our initial call Cat assisted us. The company is lucky to have such a bright and cheery personality to greet customers and provide knowledge about the company's services. For the first visit Nathan did an outstanding job - he was thorough, answered all of our questions, was extremely personable and very friendly (even to our pups!). Turner will be getting many referrals from our family.
