The technician went around the house very thoroughly, brushing down. Any spiderwebs came in. The house was very courtesy and put booties on his feet and sprayed around the house. Very pleasant boy.

David C completed pest control service at my home today. He checked in with me upon arrival and explained what service he was there for today. Polite, professional and efficient. At completion, he emailed the inspection report with complete and thorough explanation of the chemicals applied. His customer service was impeccable and much appreciated.

We have just moved into a house that was built in the 40's and had not had pest treatment in years. We looked at google reviews and saw that Turner had the highest ratings. We gave them a call and they were able to schedule an appointment just days later. Once the service arrived ON TIME I might add, our tech, Richard (Aka: Mookie) was pleasant and open to answering any questions we had. He treated the entire house inside and out in a timely manner and even explained his actions so that we could understand what exactly he was doing. While Mookie will not be our tech moving forward ( he specifically came to our location to fit our schedule even though it isn't in his service area) I highly recommend these guys because you can tell that they actually enjoy what they do and care about you.

Aaron was very professional and informative. Inflation has altered the pricing schedule which is a pain point however for the quality of service and competition needed, it was unavoidable.
