The beginning of service was good and declined during the years. Wasn't getting services paid for. Got my bill, but couldn't see service completed. Recently a new tech has been assigned and I was very pleased with his service. Excellent service this time. Glad to have the new tech David! Thank you David

I really wanted to give them a try but unfortunately nobody would ever return my call to set up a initial appointment. I originally had sent an online request and was emailed back with a quote. When I called to set it up the guy who answered did not know how to schedule but after putting my on hold for almost 15 minutes said I would have to wait for his manager to get back and then he would call me. It’s been a week and nobody ever called me back. I have found a different company that was able to put me on the schedule on my first phone call and I will be going with them.

Andre is a very friendly man who showed up on time and did an outstanding job. He was very considerate concerning our well being and the well being of our pets. He educated us on the treatments being used and the type, life and function of the ghost ant. It is rare these days to find someone who actually wants to work much less do a phenomenal job. Andre goes above and beyond and takes pride in his work.

Mike did great jobs this morning to taking care my house inside and outside. He patiently lessened my concerns and explained to me what he would do and for which purpose. He not only did the pest control but also cleaned the spider webs and others from the outside walls and ceiling. Especially very appreciate to his professionalism to put shoe covers before entering my house I would like him to serve me in the future. Great job done and thank you, Mike Ping
