Just moved into a place. Mildly infested with German roaches, orientalist roaches, & spiders. I used to do pest control. Tech that came was fairly nice but clearly had very limited knowledge on pest control and pesticides. Dropped a little delta dust in our electrical plugs, under the fridge and under the stove which plumed out for my nearby ten month old to breathe in, pretended to hand sprinkle granules around the outside like he didn’t own a spreader, & did a liquid spray that killed a single cricket. 🦗 He was supposed to return every week but has never been seen again. I stopped in the office. The lady at the desk was not very helpful. She told me our landlord has to call in to complain and refused to take down my name, address, or landlord’s information.

This is an email from March. These pictures are from this morning. My grass is dying and the yard is full of weeds. We put new sod down last year and the year before. "Spring fertilization gives your lawn a good foundation for the summer growing season, but unfortunately, it also gives weeds a boost as well. Since lawns are not growing strong just yet, they likely have bare areas that weeds quickly take advantage of. Lawns are also growing slowly right now, so mowing is reduced—this, too, helps weeds thrive since they’re not getting cut down. To help your lawn look its best in the months to come, we recommend getting on a regular mowing schedule now to encourage growth and control weeds. As your lawn gets more lush, it will also help choke out the weeds. As always, the lawn and outdoor team at Turner Pest Control looks forward to helping you have a green, healthy lawn this summer. Should you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me directly simply by responding to this email."

Robert takes very good care of my home. He calls ahead to let me know he's coming and let's me know if he finds any issues. Most of all he's very professional and courteous when I'm speaking with him. Thank you Rob!!

Don made an initial visit on a day that was filled with service people. Don was patient and kind and allowed me chat with, explain, and answer a phone call. Thank you for the thorough explanation of the services provided as well as the follow up email. I appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism. Ann S. Jacksonville
