My Husband and I contacted Turner Pest Control end of Fall 2017. We had a minor weed problem that we were looking to get taken care of. Once we called Turner Pest Control they sent a Tech out to survey our Lawn and give us a quote and plan of action. The Tech at the time said we would start to notice a different by Feb. 2018. Now we are in the middle of April and our yard is horrendous and their are multiple different types of weed everywhere. Every time we call to complain they send a tech out to come look at it and discuss with us what they can do to get it under control. We called in March and the beginning of April. We are just fed up! We have paid for absolutely NOTHING. In the past two weeks, two different managers we suppose to come out to personally survey our Law and talk to us, but unsurprisingly no one has shown up. Turner Pest Control has been a complete waste of time and money. If i could give them 0 stars I would, 100% do not recommend them.

We moved to the area in 10/2017 and Turner was recommended by an acquaintance! I always pay for my service up front annually and did so twice however in the last six months we got two different technicians that were at our residence less than 20 minutes each time and we were seeing more and more pests in and around our home! I decided to shop around as we have multiple rental properties where we use other pest control companies! I hired another company because of their reputation and work on some of our other properties! Ironically enough I am gone from mid October through mid December and am in parts of the country with no cell service I returned today 11/12/2019 to find that even though they haven’t been paid they think they have an eternal contract and can bill $195 for a visit forever! This is unacceptable and my attorney will be addressing this issue!

We are so happy with the service Turner's Pest Control has provided for us. They are always quick to accommodate if there is any issue at all. Most importantly, Mookie - our service provider is always so happy and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better service!

They always said they're gonna contact you back.And they don't, then they have an ai that responds to all of your emails, they're on set.The supervisor is very disgusting, very nasty and wants to hang up.The phone like a woman if I were you, I would run.I wouldn't deal with them.I'd go the other way.I was trying to give them a second chance then, they showed me a contract that has a signature on it.It's not even my signature. Threatening me They're gonna take me to billing. You do that. They're just very unprofessional, don't deal. Then, threaten youThey're gonna send it to billing. They can go right ahead, because that's signature is not mine?And I can show them my passport and my driver's license.Just don't deal with them.I tried them for the second time and realize they're not going to change.I'm not the only one that has problems with them
