Dishonest and unethical company. Do not recommend. We’ve been using Turner Pest Control for the last 6 years. We needed a termite pre-treatment because we are having a pool installed. The Turner person showed up, treated about 1/8 of the area and then left. We were watching from the window. He put the information in our construction document box saying the service was complete. We also received email communication that the service was complete. We called to explain the service was not complete. Later the guy called us and said he ran out of chemicals and was planning to return later. This is difficult to believe given that he communicated to his employer/Turner as well as to our pool contractor and the county that the service was complete. Also, there was no mention of him running out of chemicals and planning to return later (until we called later.) We were home the entire time, and he never knocked on the door or called. We’ve been trying to call and keep getting transferred from dept to dept and eventually a voice mail.

His phone calls notifying me that he is at my residence and ask if there is anything I want him to pay attention to and then to see it actually being done is why he has earned 5 stars. I have had an ongoing issue with Turner Pest Control and I want this documented clearly. Last year I was told I needed either a lump sum payment for my termite bond or a year of monthly treatments because of work done in my backyard. I did not have thousands to pay upfront, so I chose the year plan. That plan should have ended in September. In July I started emailing to confirm that my service would not auto renew and I wanted it canceled. I received almost no response. I asked multiple times for written confirmation and could not get a clear answer. They eventually emailed me saying they would refund my last month. I received that refund, but they continued billing me anyway. I sent emails both months asking why I was still getting invoices. I received no response until the most recent one where I was told a manager was trying to call me because they wanted to talk about downgrading my service. I have been extremely clear that I am canceling. I do not want to downgrade. I do not want sales calls. I want written confirmation. Instead they have ignored my cancellation requests, continued to bill me, and tried to get me on the phone to sell me something else. This is unacceptable. I am documenting here, in addition to my emails and the requests on their website, that I am canceling my service and that Turner Pest Control has made this process unnecessarily difficult.

Very poor customer service, when I requested a supervisor to come out and look at my lawn for some damage areas, he was rude, arrogant and condescending. I contacted the manager, he promised me to take care of this issue, but he never follow through, this is a company with very little integrity. I will never recommend anyone to hire Turner for any service.
