I have worked with several in the past and Turner has always does a great job for me. I had an appointment for a technician to come out, do an inspection, and provide a quote. On the day of the appointment, the tech called me three different times saying he was running late and if it was still ok to come out. I indicated it would be fine. The technician never came out. After a week today, I got a blank copy of the inspection report in my email. If they can't come out to do the inspection and quote for a new customer, would I trust them to perform the service correctly if I became a customer? I wouldn't!
