Terrible customer service. Charged me for add-on service I cancelled in advance. Lawn looks no better than when they started months ago. I am cancelling all service immediately.

We moved to the area in 10/2017 and Turner was recommended by an acquaintance! I always pay for my service up front annually and did so twice however in the last six months we got two different technicians that were at our residence less than 20 minutes each time and we were seeing more and more pests in and around our home! I decided to shop around as we have multiple rental properties where we use other pest control companies! I hired another company because of their reputation and work on some of our other properties! Ironically enough I am gone from mid October through mid December and am in parts of the country with no cell service I returned today 11/12/2019 to find that even though they haven’t been paid they think they have an eternal contract and can bill $195 for a visit forever! This is unacceptable and my attorney will be addressing this issue!

This was my first annual inspection. My technician answered all my questions and even took the time to inspect the outdoor termite traps. He was very polite and courteous; and very respectful of my home.

When I originally signed up for service with Turner, a few months after purchasing my new home, I was told that I needed to pay a one time start up fee, along with $35 each month to remain active. I VERY SPECIFICALLY asked if I would be able to cancel my account at any given time without any additional fees, and I was told yes! I was told we were able to call for service at anytime, which the $35 / month covered. After doing my own research, and continued issues with water bugs/outdoor roaches getting into our home, we decided to cancel with turner in September of 2020, after I already paid my $35 for that month. I was told I would need to still pay for oct, nov and dec, a total of $105, in order to cancel. This is completely different from what I was told when I first decided to choose this company for service (there's always a catch). I told the rep in Sept that I needed to speak with a manager about this, as I was given false info when I first became a customer. Today is December 23rd, 2020 and I have yet to receive a call from Turner's management to address this issue, and NO CALLS at all. Every single time I try calling Turner, even while still a customer, the wait time is over 30 minutes and it's absolutely ridiculous. Called again on 12/22/20 and was told manager is busy and would call me. Still no call. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.
