To whom it may concern, I am delighted to take time to type this email, your Rep Josh is AMAZING!! I thought good customer service didn’t exist anymore. Josh went out of his way to help me; he was very patient and polite. He never rushed me nor overlook my concerns. I asked him how I can let someone know about his performance he said humbly that I would get a survey which I never did. Please don’t let this go unnoticed, because I won’t. I am going on your FB page and google to make sure he is recognized. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for all of your Reps and I have been with you for 5 plus years.

Aaron was very professional and informative. Inflation has altered the pricing schedule which is a pain point however for the quality of service and competition needed, it was unavoidable.
