My home builder signed me up with Turner for termite protection,I didn't chose them myself. After 3 years I finally started to compare prices with other companies and found out that you get the same service for a lot less from someone else. A company as big as they are, that signs up with builders to get thousands of customers, will always charge you more for their service than a smaller local company, because they don't get anything or at least not a lot from the builder for the initial treatment. So they have to take more from you for the yearly warranty. Just because they are big, doesn't mean they are the only ones who give reliable service, I compared and Ii switched now, Saves me $100 a year on the termite bond

I have never been SO disappointed in a company as I am Turner. I didn't have much of a choice because my home builder hired them to do the Termite protection. So, after meeting initially with the Tech (Mike) - I also signed up for the lawn and bug treatment. (After this meeting I was told by my builder that they had already paid for the Termite protection for the first year... so I spent $650.00 as I was misled by the Tech! My lawn is now FULL of weeds and dead spots, they don't show up as promised or scheduled..... I have YET to see an "inside" guy to put down anything... I have sent email after email... even RESPONDED to an email because they can't "process my card" - and have STILL not gotten a reply. They are HORRIBLE and the WORST mistake I ever made was signing the contract they are now in BREACH OF.... EDITED to say that I got an email today cancelling my service - and telling me I owe them $315.00 for services they did NOT complete. They did a total of 2 lawn services...and destroyed my yard. Lawn service is $45.00 a month, and interior bug service $60.00 (which they NEVER did since I signed the contract on March 7th) - I will have to pay WAY more then that to FIX what they did!

They kept me for more than a week, saying every day that they would send someone for my treatment the next day. After a week, they said I had to pay in advance for someone to come. They knew I had an urgent problem and didn't care. The customer service is terrible; nobody responds or assumes responsibility. Now I have a growing pest problem and lost more than a week waiting for those liars.

Cody was very thorough. I also appreciate that he stopped in after appt to share a standing water issue he noticed that could become a mosquito/bug issue as well if not addressed. Thanks Cody! Have used Turner for many years and have always been satisfied.
