Deandre is always so very friendly and courteous. He quickly gets to work, and is very detailed. However, we would appreciate when wasp nests and mud daubers are knocked down, that they be swept up and disposed of in a trash receptacle.

I am hoping he did a great job as I wasn’t there. Also, the report stated that the gate was locked going into the yard, but the gate was not locked on the other side of the house. I am hoping he accessed the yard by the other gate!

Your service was very professional but your billing system was not correct . I gave your textniction a credit card to use which he did and I signed it. But your company went into my account and double billed me. That is not what I wanted and your company was wrong. I would like for you to correct it and place the money back into my account immediate.

The new tech we’ve had the last few months has been great. Definitely seeing a turn around with the bugs on the ground and have been switched to a green product finally. To be honest the communication at the office level can be a bit challenging and there is a lot of red tape just trying to make changes to the plan as an already established customer. Also they should really call the customer and make sure appointment times work—because someone needs to be home to do the inside service if needed and to discuss the inspections, etc. if desired. They answer calls and do come out if you have issues. And they are always professional in the way they speak to customers. Working with the public can be challenging so I do commend them on that.

Always professional and do a great job. There are a few kinks with scheduling, ie saying they will book an appt on a specific date and time, then nobody showing. Sent an email following up and nobody responded. Eventually needed to call to book appt. Happened twice. So a bit frustrating, but everything else is great.

The only reason that there aren't five stars in my review is because of some initial miscommunication about the treatment plan needed for my apartment, other wise the service and price was 10 out of 10! Rebecca was my technician, and she was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and extremely efficient. I feel taken care of, thank you Turner!

I been with Turner Pest Control for 6 months and I have been more than pleased with the professionalism from the Technicians I've encountered. Salesman Javier came to our home and definitely wasn't trying to rob us dry and sale us unnecessary products and services like other companies ( I wont mention any names). The technicians Raymond and Dave from the Orlando area will give you great customer service. I would give Turner Pest Control a 5 rating but, they have had some scheduling issues. But other than that I have been well pleased.

Kyle Powers was great doing the original termite and pest control treatments. He was very professional and was willing to explain each and every step. I did receive an e-mail that someone was coming on Monday to do the outside bug service. We were not home so I am just assuming it was done. It would be nice if a card was left in the door after the outside service is complete. Otherwise there is no way to know the service was provided.

We have used Turner since late 2011. We have been pleased with the staff and the technicians that we speak to on the phone and those who come out to treat and inspect our home. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!
