This company is a mess, I have tried to email and call regarding a charge that went to my credit and no one is responding back. When I had services with them they also never came out to my home and still charged for service. Please ensure you are there when they come out. I am a property manager and will never recommend them to any of my properties. Update- I sent an email as of the 2nd of this month and have yet to hear back. This company is not very good at all. BEWARE.

We’ve been extremely disappointed with our care service. We added flea treatments after a case of fleas- I swear they did it once and never again. On top of the fact my dogs seem to be allergic to whatever they used to “treat” the lawn which never seemed to be treated and only continued to die regardless of how much we took care of it. Every time someone showed up it was never the same service and always seemed half done. Once we called to express that while I was home after explicitly asking for a specific service on our porch that was not done - I work from home and was in a meeting. My husband called to ask why they didn’t complete the service. The dispatcher was beyond disrespectful calling me a liar. Earlier this week when we called to cancel the lawn service we were told an AM would be calling us back to discuss and ask why. This “AM” is honestly a disgrace to this company because he called and was nothing but nasty to my husband demanding we still owed money after someone else had told us we could cancel at anytime. We agreed to pay for the most recent treatment but nothing else which only seemed to incite rage into this “AM” (maybe a commission thing?) Only after threatening to get a lawyer involved were we reached out to by the supervisor John who did his best to rectify the situation. Honestly he was wonderful in handling the situation and were very appreciative for him. But based on our experiences without him in it we have found a new company, and would NOT recommend Turner Pest to anyone. I’m appalled at how so many situations were handled here for no reason other than a lack of wanting to admit poor workmanship. Thank you to John for making the situation right. But if you want good service worth your money every month- Turner is not it.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turner is a complete joke and borderline scam. Their technicians do the bare minimum. They are supposed to sweep (knock down spiderwebs on the exterior perimeter of the house). This has never happened. I’ve called in and expressed my concerns and they sent someone out to correct. Great. Next month, same thing. I should not have to call in constantly and ask them to do the service that I pay for. I have been home when the technician is there and again, it is the bare minimum and you have to ask them to do their job. I pay for pest control as well as lawn. I still have an abundance of weeds in my yard. Keep in mind, I bought a new build, so brand new sod. I have had Turner since the beginning and my yard looks awful. They make canceling services extremely difficult. Let’s talk about customer service…. Hit or Miss. Some of the people answering the phone were great, others, well less than helpful. I was overcharged and they went on a long rant explaining that the charge was normal. I called back and spoke to another representative and they stated that I should be refunded and they would take care of it. This company is an absolute joke. Stay far far away. If they offer you a “bundle” I promise it is a scam…. Do not bite!!! I wouldn’t hire this company to clean my toilets. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do not hire Turner Pest control!!!

Warning for new home owners: this company is not forthcoming about the product/service they are offering. I am paying $150/month for pest control and lawn service, as well as got the termidor done. It was not explained to me that the termite service covers only subterranean termites, and not dry wood termites. Josh did not explain this to me when he sold me the service. In addition, I was already billed for a service not provided, and had to call to get it corrected. Do yourself a favor and call Massey instead.

Turner Pest Control gave me a price of $3700 Bedbug Heat treatment and not to get rid of my headboard. They never followed through to check to make sure they were gone. When I call for more help they would not return unless I paid more. I will never recommend their services for anything. Pure 91% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle works better.

We have service with them for many years, the tech over sprayed last time some areas and burnt the grass, in spite of many phone calls and reminders no one fixed it, the so called inspector came and agreed with us, we are senior citizens and I think they take advantage of people, DONT HIRE THEM! , when in need they they will dump you, we got it fixed for only $200. Shame on Turner, totally disgusted. No one contacted us, don’t waste money on them, they will cheat you .

Be careful using this company as they will nickel and dime you with extra fees and hidden fees. Furthermore any service you choose is a bandaid only and this is how they get away with continuing to charge when they never actually solve the problem. Horrible company as they do not care about their customers and it shows anytime a technician comes out or you try to call into the office. They are rude and disrespectful and don’t care what you have to say.

I have had an ongoing issue with Turner Pest Control and I want this documented clearly. Last year I was told I needed either a lump sum payment for my termite bond or a year of monthly treatments because of work done in my backyard. I did not have thousands to pay upfront, so I chose the year plan. That plan should have ended in September. In July I started emailing to confirm that my service would not auto renew and I wanted it canceled. I received almost no response. I asked multiple times for written confirmation and could not get a clear answer. They eventually emailed me saying they would refund my last month. I received that refund, but they continued billing me anyway. I sent emails both months asking why I was still getting invoices. I received no response until the most recent one where I was told a manager was trying to call me because they wanted to talk about downgrading my service. I have been extremely clear that I am canceling. I do not want to downgrade. I do not want sales calls. I want written confirmation. Instead they have ignored my cancellation requests, continued to bill me, and tried to get me on the phone to sell me something else. This is unacceptable. I am documenting here, in addition to my emails and the requests on their website, that I am canceling my service and that Turner Pest Control has made this process unnecessarily difficult.

I signed up for Turner rat services 2 years ago. If you have roof rats, do NOT hire Turner. They send out people weekly to “remedy” the issue, only to find fresh rat poop a day later. I have never been so frustrated with a service in my life than Turner Wildlife services. I truly deserve a full refund from Turner. Their service has beyond awful and fully incompetent.

Became dissatisfied with their lawn care service. Still getting new growth of weeds and even after visits, new growth of weeds continued. Went to cancel service and apparently we were on a payment plan for our pest control (was not aware) So I am still going to be charged for services not received (November, December and January pest services). Additionally customer service did absolutely nothing to try and keep me as a customer. Filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. Taking money for services not received is theft!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst lawn pest control EVER. We have had them for 2 years and my only regret is not canceling sooner. Our yard is so bad: full of chinch bugs, web worms, and fungus that now we have to have it re sodded. Our yard has never looked worse. I am talking about the Turner Pest control that services 20 Mile in Nocatee. If you live in that area, avoid them like the plague. Trust me on this. Total waste of money!!! Not to mention, our yard is also full of weeds. 😡

Cancelled service, then they continued to bill me and sent to collections months after cancellation. Super shady way to make a dollar. Always had a bug problem even with Turner. Sales rep also told me had sub and dry wood termite bond, then come to find out only had subterranean. Shop around and look elsewhere. New pest control provides more service, less expensive, way less shady.

When calling and asking to speak with a manager I got no where, when they said a manager would call me back, they never did. Do not work with this company.

UPDATE/EDIT (Sept. 7, 2025)- They said they would reach out. They have yet to do so, they also came and removed their equipment recently. Waiting to see if the refund does happen for the equipment. No refund has been offered after the one time service that I was not told would have a cost when making the appointment, during the appointment, or after the appointment....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I now know why my neighbors used their services and it was always very short lived. The amount of money charged versus how well they complete service is incredibly lack luster, the overall experience should be negative 5 stars. I called them back a few times as they never fully wiped away the webs/cobwebs, etc around lights or corners around the doors. Even when they returned, with information of my complaint and when I told home in person, they still never would wipe away everything. The holidays had come around and I was busy with family so I called shortly after when everyone had left and needed them to come back out. When speaking with them they NEVER informed me that I was just out of my initial contract (ended Dec. 31st) and this was a couple days January when I called. They came out, never asked for payment, never told me on the phone that I needed to either extend my contract, would have to pay for them to come out, not a single comment or discussion what so ever letting me know I was going to be charged. I already knew I was not wanting to renew a contract with them. A month or two after that visit I was sent a bill. I assumed it was to renew the contract so I ignored the bill. It was for the amount of $356.00. After another email notice I called as I wanted to let them know to please stop sending I do not want to renew. I was told on the phone FOR THE FIRST TIME, that the visit in January was out of my initial contract and that was the amount due for A SINGLE VISIT! $356.00 for a SINGLE VISIT!!!!!!!!! I was never told when making an appointment that this was going to be a visit at a cost to myself, never told an amount, NOTHING!!! She apologized for the "miscommunication". They would not accept ANY fault on their side and charged the card they had on file. $356.00 for a single treatment is taking advantage of a customer. It's ABSURD!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Service is a joke missing cobwebs had the service for six months now and I’ve had a little sugar ants for over a month or two has had Turner come out two times and still have the same problem your service is a joke after calling to want to cancel. I was told from Jonathan that I had a six months contract that I could cancel after but after I called the lady seemed like she’s only heard of a one year contract that she didn’t know they did six months. The communication from sales and customer service is by far unsatisfactory.

Turner Pest has done a terrible job of protecting our home from pests. Ants are out of control and any time you call there are “more than 10 callers ahead of you”, so you have long wait times to get an appointment. Last time I finally got through on the phone and scheduled an appointment to get the house treated, they stood us up. Lawn care service has been subpar as well. Will be switching back to bugout. Had them for 7+ years and they were fantastic.

Very disappointed in my termite reinspection for the year only took him six minutes did not even go into the garage or check the bathroom panels didn’t use his hands to move. Anything just walked around and looked. Didn’t even walk around the house. I asked my daughter to ask him if he checked certain things And he had to Google them on his phone. The last few guys that we had it took them over 30 minutes or more to do everything but on his paperwork, he wrote his time in and timeout wrong so it makes me wonder what I paid for, and if he even looked for any termite activity, I feel like I paid almost $300 for six minutes. Do not feel that I got my moneys worth not sure if the guy was new or if he had been trained the right way, but even have him on video saying that it’ll take less than 10 minutes to do a normal termite inspection on a small house takes about 30 minutes And on bigger houses it could take up to two hours. Makes me wonder if I made the right choice.

Don’t get to their trap. Started $50 / month payments and then increased $60 and now $79 . All they do is pretending like they are coming to your house 4 times a year. They don’t even tell you when. They just come and if you’re not home they do it anyway without the backyard. And they count as “ quarterly pest control service “ I don’t see any improvement- have lots of bugs and flies- just buy stuff from home depot and do your own pest control. Their customer service is terrible- you call - automated response asking you options and wait for 1 hour and then you give a call back number- they never call back. Hard to cancel. Not recommended.

Absolute garbage of a company. I do not mind paying up for a good quality pest control but Turner Pest Control has been extremely ineffective in pest management. I have used their services for over a year now and not once have they lived up to the promise of their service they communicate up front. Billing is very deceptive and to get a hold of a supervisor in case of any issues is extremely difficult. Save your money and look for another pest control company.

On 3/25/25 I paid Turner up front for an annual contract for my lawn maintenance after sodding my lawn with Zoysia grass. Turner came out and spot treated the front lawn for weeds resulting in several brown areas a couple days after treatment. I reported to the supervisor. I was assured it would not happen again. On 5/13/25 the technician came out and treated the back yard. Within a few days after treatment, I had many large brown dead looking areas. Prior to treatment my lawn was lush and green. I was told by Turner it was fungus. I had two other lawn professionals tell me that the brown/dead spots were not due to fungus, that they appeared to be caused by a chemical application and that there were no signs of fungus on my lawn. I canceled my contract with Turner and requested a full refund as the two treatments severely damaged my lawn. However, they did not refund full amount so basically, they charged me to kill my new zoysia sod. I would definitely not recommend this company for lawn care services for zoysia lawns.

Zero stars if possible! Turner Pest Control has harassed me since my termite bond came up for renewal. Now since I have denied the email and phone calls they decided to send a tech out to walk around my house and do the termite inspection with no one home. I called the technician back and he quit what he was doing but he had already walked around to my back yard. Not only do I have a no trespassing sign and no soliciting sign but I also have a 70lb pit bull. What if my dog had been outside protecting his home like he is trained to? This is a serious liability. This has happened twice now!!! First guy was from the Baymeadows location and the second time the tech was from the fortune parkway location. The tech said when they do not have work the office scheduled them to do termite bond inspections with no notice to the homeowner. By the way this is a $300 service.

Kristopher at Turner Pest Control showed up to our home for a termite bond appointment that we never scheduled. He rang the doorbell but I I was on a work call and couldn’t come to the door. Instead of leaving, he decided to let himself into my backyard to do an “inspection.” At this point, I thought someone was trying to break into my home. I was home alone, and all I saw was some random man walking around my home and letting himself into my backyard through the gate unannounced. I hid in my bedroom terrified. Not only did he interrupt me while working and scare the living daylights out of me, it also just felt like a very aggressive sales tactic to show up for a termite bond renewal that I never approved or scheduled to begin with.

Very poor customer service, when I requested a supervisor to come out and look at my lawn for some damage areas, he was rude, arrogant and condescending. I contacted the manager, he promised me to take care of this issue, but he never follow through, this is a company with very little integrity. I will never recommend anyone to hire Turner for any service.

I had use this company for a few years with no major issues. until recently I had to move and they needed to come pick up the termite equipment. The guy scheduled a date to pick up the equipment, which happened to be the same day my movers were coming, but Turner Pest guy came to my door telling me he's there to pick up the equipment. I told him it was in the garage and then I never saw him again until a week later I'm getting a bill saying I owe them over $200 for this equipment because the tech did not notate that he picked the equipment up from my house even though I verbally spoke with the guy. I've called and spoke to them multiple times explaining the situation and they're still trying to say I owe them over $200 for equipment that I no longer have and their tech picked up. I would not recommend them they're dishonest and only out for the money and I will not be using their services with my new house.

New update, no one called me! They posted under my review that they would and guess what, nobody called. Not surprised. Here is my first review: DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT hire Turner to be your lawn service company. I gave them a brand-new yard five years ago. I had a new build, my yard was brand-new, and over 5 years it continually got worse with Turner. One time it got so bad with their treatments (meaning they almost killed the yard) that they came out and aerated the whole yard for free. Do you have a white vinyl fence? Get ready for it to turn orange after they come out and spray their treatments. Thankfully the company I hire for my house wash only charged a little more to remove the orange staining. My yard is a complete mess. I tried as long as I could, but after 5 years I had enough. I watered exactly how they said. I did the tuna can test many times and that was fine. I hired an irrigation company to come do checks of the system in general to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Still, their service was awful. Also, do you want their pest service? I was told by the salesman (M. Goldstein) when I signed up with Turner that they do their pest treatments every quarter. What does every quarter mean to you? That means every three months. Well, after their first treatment years ago I couldn’t figure out why they had not come after three months. I called and they told me that quarter for them means every four months. I kid you not. How in the world does a quarter equal every four months. But, at that time I was already in a contract so what do you do? Now, when I called to cancel a week ago, I expressed my frustration to the woman on the phone. Guess what, they now call it “tri-annual” treatment instead of quarters. I wonder how many of us fell for the lie up front. I also made it clear that I wanted someone from management to contact me about my cancellation. Do you think after a week that anyone called? Nope. I will say this just to be fair, those who answered our calls at their office over the years were kind and helpful. However, those who work in an administrative capacity don’t run the business and don’t take care of our lawn.

DO NOT HIRE For nearly a year Turner has failed to bring our yard back to life and refused to patch dead areas. We had little to no compensation and decided to go with Massey who we had a much better experience with in previous years. Upon canceling our contract, the employee hung up and we were unable to obtain all information we requested, and did not do anything to save our business.

Decided to watch security video of the Turner Pest Control visit. Shocked at what I saw. Paid $181 for the nine minute fertilizer treatment. In the nine minutes the tech placed a sign in the yard fiddled with a backpack sprayer then spot sprayed some areas of the yard. Did not assess or spray the entire yard. Now I know why my yard continues to degrade year over year despite paying a premium price. I was under the impression that they used a hose and reel from the truck and sprayed the entire yard like other companies do.

Double charged me. Refused to issue refund, so I asked to apply overpay to my account and cancel immediately after credits had been used, which was 60+ days notice. I got a different company, as my yard was looking bad and we had pests in our home. Continued to send me bills, after I cancelled. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, and had proof of my cancellation, still refused to delete the fraudulent invoice for after my cancellation and SENT me to collections. Now I am disputing it with the collection agency and credit reporting agency, as my 835 credit score dropped into the 700s. I'm furious. Bad service. Dishonest. Run away

Wish I could give 0 stars. Wasted 2.5 hours of my time today waiting for a scheduled appointment that no one showed up to. I had to call to see what was going on. Got put on hold for 7 minutes. Supervisor said, "technician called in sick, must have slipped through the cracks." No one apologized, just reschedule and brush it under the rug. Thanks for nothing.

I used this company for several years and really enjoyed their service without issue. However, today I had such a bad experience with their technician that I called and immediately discontinued services. Their technician called me repeatedly to ask if the gate was open. He parked blocking my driveway then rolled his eyes when I asked him to not park where he was blocking the driveway. He then proceeded to spray all my potted plants, windows, and door handles with bug spray while walking around the perimeter of the house. The people I spoke with over the phone where nice, but after my experience with that technician I couldn't continue to have this company provide service to my home.

Emailed to cancel my service November 18th. I was paying $75 a month for their service and a neighbor gave me the name of a company that charged half that amount. In an email, Turner employee told me that I had to schedule a visit to cancel contract, which I did. Two men showed up at my home and said in order to redo my contract, I had to pay $300 for another inspection. I told them they had done an inspection 2 week prior as part of the service I was already paying for. Then they said in order to cancel my contract, I had to pay $300. I asked them to leave my property and emailed Turner and told them to cancel my account. They keep charging my credit card even though I notified them in writing I cancelled their service Fortunately, my credit card company has refunded me. I do not recommend this company. They use intimidation and can't keep their story straight about how to terminate a contract.

The worst pest control company there is, our technician refused to spray our home not once but twice and put down she did, so therefore led us to cancel and now are telling us we have to pay for 3 months after canceling or it’s going to a collection agency. Had two really bad experiences with them. They come to the home unannounced even if it’s all over your account to call before coming and don’t treat unless confirming appointment. There’s no one holding anyone accountable. When asking what the tech did or their normal procedures on applying chemicals the story kept changing. I was working with Al and John and while John had empathy over what happened Al just dropped off the face of the earth. Doesn’t respond to any of my messages. There’s no quality control and when something happens it’s at your expense. They also outsource their call center so the local office has no control on what the call center is doing.

Used Turner pest control for 3 months, the roaches in my home increased. Their call back appointments take weeks to come in and for someone to treat again. They also charged me $200 to cancel their service. Out of all the years I've been using pest control. Turner pest control was the most costly with the worst results. I would call any other company for pest control.
