This is an email from March. These pictures are from this morning. My grass is dying and the yard is full of weeds. We put new sod down last year and the year before. "Spring fertilization gives your lawn a good foundation for the summer growing season, but unfortunately, it also gives weeds a boost as well. Since lawns are not growing strong just yet, they likely have bare areas that weeds quickly take advantage of. Lawns are also growing slowly right now, so mowing is reduced—this, too, helps weeds thrive since they’re not getting cut down. To help your lawn look its best in the months to come, we recommend getting on a regular mowing schedule now to encourage growth and control weeds. As your lawn gets more lush, it will also help choke out the weeds. As always, the lawn and outdoor team at Turner Pest Control looks forward to helping you have a green, healthy lawn this summer. Kim Robinson

They were supposed to spray this grass and kill everything on driveway for $300. They’ve now been back 4 times and only about 20% is dead. Please use stronger chemicals

We were a Brandon customer for over a year. The transition has not gone well for us. First, they take our favorite person off of our route and won't allow him to come do our service any longer. Then, they send a new person who sprayed my neighbor's yard, instead of ours. I emailed them over a week ago and still have not received a response on this issue. A technician called me Wednesday saying he was on his way to service the backyard and wanted to know if he could go through the house... no, because nobody was home because we didn't know he was coming and the company still hadn't responded to my email about them servicing the wrong house. I also informed him that the technician usually schedules an appointment in advance and comes inside to spray. He said he would have someone from customer service contact me and they still haven't.

I will never recommend this company. I contacted Turner after seeing a couple of dead bugs in my house. I wanted to spray for good measure. Customer service was very nice and helpful and the price really wasn't bad. The technician did arrive on time and was also very polite and professional and he did do a thorough investigation in my home to make sure the wasn't an infestation. There wasn't and of course I was relieved. At first I was very happy with the company and had a peace of mind that my home was being defended for critters. A month or so later, I saw a few bugs again in my kitchen, so I called and they sent someone right out. But the technician only sprayed in my kitchen where I saw critters and no where else. That agitated me a little, but whatever. That's where I was seeing them so I didn't fuss. A couple of weeks later I noticed ants getting into kitchen. Which was bizarre because they were suppose to spray all around the house 20-30 ft for ants. And I still had ant beds around my yard. After about 9 months I was done paying money for something that was not working. Since then I have noticed bugs in my kitchen more regularly. I took matters into my own hands and purchased Bengal. I saw bugs coming out of nowhere just dying. Which is a horrific scene to see since I only saw one or two every day or two. I am convinced that these pest have been here the entire time Turner sprayed my house (Kitchen twice). Don't waste your money. They don't do as promised. Buy Bengal! For inside and outside your home. It's cheaper in the long run then paying for someone to come to house and still not see results. Also, even though I cancelled my services before my monthly dues were due, and before someone was suppose to come my house again, they still charged for me two months worth of service. Which is also ridiculous. So Turner, you will get your money when I see fit to send it.

The worst service ever, on the first visit the tech text me indicating that he spayed under the house thinking that no one was keeping an eye on him. My wife was at home making sure that the job was been done and the tech didn't spray under the house. I had to call the sales rep and he went and sprayed in the areas that the tech didn't. They were supposed to go two weeks after and they never showed up, after waiting for a month I called to cancel service the customer service rep indicated that a supervisor was going to call me within 24 hrs. and it's been three weeks and I have not received a call. Don't hire this company there a bunch of irresponsible people that don't care about there customers. They offer a service that I paid and never received.

I spoke with our Ocala branch manager to get some clarification on this and he said he has left you several messages to apologize and that he was able to get you today. The tech did not spray under the house as we typically don't do that so he asked our sales representative who said that he would handle it. We did see in the notes where an add call was put in for the supervisor to call you and he confirmed he dropped the ball on that. It is our goal to provide unsurpassed quality and service and we are sincerely sorry we missed the mark on this.

Our meeting with Frank, a sales representative, was great. Our initial lawn and mosquito services were scheduled and chemicals were applied within a week. However, since our initial application in February, we have not received any sort of service. Our lawn service is supposed to be every other month and our mosquito service is supposed to be every month. Our account online indicates that there are appointments scheduled, but once that day passes, the date gets moved to the next month. While this is happening, our credit card keeps getting billed for service, even after I removed it from our account online. In addition, our next door neighbor also hired Turner for their lawn service and while the tech was applying chemicals, he had destroyed a piece of our shared fence and did not notify our neighbors nor us. Our security cameras captured the whole event. It has been rather difficult to get a hold of a manager to resolve these issues.

At times we have routing or weather issues that push appointments to the beginning of the next month. We will be refunding you for your missed appointment in March and you are up to date on your treatments now. My Husband and I contacted Turner Pest Control end of Fall 2017. We had a minor weed problem that we were looking to get taken care of. Once we called Turner Pest Control they sent a Tech out to survey our Lawn and give us a quote and plan of action. The Tech at the time said we would start to notice a different by Feb. 2018. Now we are in the middle of April and our yard is horrendous and their are multiple different types of weed everywhere. Every time we call to complain they send a tech out to come look at it and discuss with us what they can do to get it under control. We called in March and the beginning of April. We are just fed up! We have paid for absolutely NOTHING. In the past two weeks, two different managers we suppose to come out to personally survey our Law and talk to us, but unsurprisingly no one has shown up. Turner Pest Control has been a complete waste of time and money. If i could give them 0 stars I would, 100% do not recommend them.

Our lawn manager informed me he has been in touch but you had already switched to another company. However, we have agreed to credit your account for the last two services due to the issues you had with your lawn. Again, we apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations.

Accurate Exteriors

Initially the salesman sold a good story and I gave a 5-star review on the initial visit, but as the service went on they never showed up for the second follow-up appointment I had to call and reschedule that. then they never showed up for that appointment had to call again and finally somebody came out. then a couple months later I called to schedule an appointment because we started seeing some Critters again and that person was a no-call no-show. I contacted the office to expressed my discontent with the service I had gotten over the past year and all the missed appointments and she told me she would forward it to the manager and that he would be giving me a call. I was not asking for any type of compensation I was just trying to make them aware of the service or lack thereof i was experiancing .she insisted that he will contact me because this is not how they like to operate and to no surprise I've never heard a word from him. all in all not a reliable company. if they were as good as the salesman made them out to be they would probably be one of the best, but unfortunately it's been a terrible experience overall. when my contract is up I will be seeking a different company to take care of my Pest Control

I had an appointment for a technician to come out, do an inspection, and provide a quote. On the day of the appointment, the tech called me three different times saying he was running late and if it was still ok to come out. I indicated it would be fine. The technician never came out. After a week today, I got a blank copy of the inspection report in my email. If they can't come out to do the inspection and quote for a new customer, would I trust them to perform the service correctly if I became a customer? I wouldn't!

We sincerely apologize for this happening. I know our salesperson had to go to the hospital so I believe that is where the miscommunication came in. I see in the notes that our COO reached out to you saying if there is anything we can do to help reschedule to please let him know, I assure you this is not our way of doing business.

The salesman was nice. For a first impression with this company though I have not had a good experience. Treatment was set up for a monday, which I had to work. I took an early day off because I was told my appointment would be in the evening. Someone showed at my house at noon. No call to me, no call back to reschedule. I called their office several times to find out what happened to my appointment, no answer and only voicemail. I found that my card has been charged though. Not a good first impression, and I will not be using this company.

I pulled your account and spoke to the manager of this department and your appointment has always been scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, July 20th, never on a Monday. We checked our Azuga fleet tracking software and none of our technicians ever came to your home Monday. If you had issues reaching us yesterday we were experiencing extreme high call volumes but anyone that left a voicemail had a return call. We collected your credit card information upon set up to have on file to be charged for the first treatment. We apologize for the miscommunication and any error on our part but if there is anything we can do to fix it please let us know.

I was referred to TPC by a friend, as we are new to the area and our house, so I had high expectations. i know "things happen", but I can't tolerate promises with no communication follow up. He came out as promised & was very helpful and informative. Very nice guy. As he was leaving, he even volunteered some contacts to help with the move, and indicated that if we "needed anything" to give him a call, and he could probably help. He promised his contact info and a quote, along with the referrals he promised, by email that evening. No email. I even called the office when I was ready for the moving help and asked to have him call me, indicating to the receptionist that I had never gotten the quote or referral info. No call back. No communication? No follow thru? No business. No positive review.
