They kept me for more than a week, saying every day that they would send someone for my treatment the next day. After a week, they said I had to pay in advance for someone to come. They knew I had an urgent problem and didn't care. The customer service is terrible; nobody responds or assumes responsibility. Now I have a growing pest problem and lost more than a week waiting for those liars.

The service man completely burned up my Asiatic jasmine and my ferns… I have called four times and they said that Michelle, who is the supervisor will get back to me. It has not happened. I am dropping this company and I’m totally soured by there lack of, caring or response.

I was home - they said I wasn't- report is ambiguous. They mention cracks in my siding, no pictures supplied Same mulch was there( installed by builder( ) during last inspection no mention of it.. Do NOT work with Turner Pest Control. Their customer service is awful. They do not return phone calls or emails. I called and emailed seral times about about service or invoices. They will also increase your prices without informing your. If you are considering working with Turner Pest Control, RUN! If you work with Turner, please confirm they are billing your correctly.

Was very happy with our previous pest control company prior to Turner acquiring them earlier this year. I would not recommend Tuner Pest Control. We had several scheduling and billing issues that we could not get resolved as we could not get anyone to return our calls or respond to our emails.

Been with them for a little over a year. So today I had a scheduled service for spraying outside and inside. So the tech comes out to just knock down the snails that are on the outside of my home and ask me if that was all I said no you are supposed to spray inside and outside. Do you think he did? Maybe a portion of the back but did not come inside and basically just left with no acknowledgment of him completing his service. So I canceled service with them. After calling to cancel, the lady told me that it’s now canceled In the system. Something told me to call back and ask for a receipt. After calling back, the lady never canceled my service.

Terrible company. We moved into a home in January and needed to transfer our termite bond into our name. We scheduled for them to come and not once, but 4 times they have canceled our appointment because a tech “was out today” garbage of a company. Every appointment we set for them to come out was canceled.

Turner Pest Control did the original termite treatment and warranty in our new home built at the end of last year. I contacted them and asked about the termite warranty and pest control services. I decided to sign up for Turner Guard, and I'm glad I did. When we first moved in, we had ants and scorpions EVERYWHERE. They came out a time or two to spray and do what they do best. Haven't had any more issues with ants, scorpions, or termites since this original treatment. Best part is, they are always willing to come out. Just a quick phone call or email gets an immediate response. Highly recommend them for pest control. I plan on continuing to use them as long as they provide such excellent service and pest control! Update 4/7/2024: Unfortunately, this review no longer holds true. Their services in 2016 and 2017 were exceptional. After they were purchased by Anticimex, it steadily decreased (both lawn and pest control), and despite multiple request to revisit, our yard is nearly dead, mostly weeds and ant hills. We have also decided to end our lawn service and pest control with them, and just keep the termite warranty. For some reason, this requires a visit from a manager, or technician (they can't even give a straight answer). It has now been over a month and we continue to wait for our manager and/or technician to give us an "estimate" for termite bond (management has been unable to tell me why they need to come out in person to give me an estimate when we already use them for pest control). We took Friday March 8th off to get this "estimate" and they were no call, no show. We were told after calling that the tech had a family emergency and could not come out. We repeated this process again on April 5th and again they were no call, no show. We called again, and they said the tech had to go to the hospital. Nobody called us, but they helpfully told us they had us on the schedule for the following Monday. When were you going to call? Am an aggravated, annoyed and disappointed in the absolute lack of communication, customer service and quality of work. At this point, it looks like I will need an attorney just to end the constant billing. Their product also appears to be garbage. The best I can tell, they are spraying water on my yard and calling it "weed spray". In addition, I think the granular fertilizer is just rabbit food pellets. It's done nothing to green my lawn, encourage growth, or control weeds. Stay far away from this company. They are not what they were before the purchase.

Been a loyal customer for almost 8 years. Moving to condo, so needed to cancel service. All of a sudden, even though they've been taking out $63 per month from my bank account, it seems that I had a balance due, for an additional 2 months. Needless to say, this didn't sit well and I voiced my displeasure. Will NEVER suggest them again, to anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Rude and insulting rep just called me and somehow made it my fault that my lawn is diseased after two years of treatment by Turner at a cost of $40 per month. I dared question the mess my yard has become and what I got was a lecture that it's all my fault. No technician EVER told me that I was not following up properly - just this out of control guy today when I dared ask a question and asked him to please calm down. Needless to say I have cancelled Turner's service.

While this company did a good job maintaining my yard, their business practices are not so good. I canceled my service beginning of November because I moved out of state. Received an email that the service is canceled and the account closed. Today I notice they debited my account for the service that was canceled over a month ago. Called and they stated they have refunded my money, which they have not done. My bank account only shows the money taken out and no money refunded. If the account was closed why do they still have my card on file. I'd think about using another company that is honest with their business practices.

They came out to remove a squirrel, they couldn't remove it but could hear it. Paul kept trying to tell me that he didn't see anything yet he heard it. Is charged $1000 for an exclusion that I didn't need. Now I had to call another company to come take care of it

Auto renewed us two years in a row when we asked not to be. Refused to refund after the first time. Now threatening collections because we refuse to pay the auto renew that we asked to end over a year ago. There’s lots more about customer service but we’ll leave it there. ABSOLUTELY DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. We are now being forced to pursue legal action.

This is a very untrustworthy company. I paid for an entire year of service and found out on my final month when a technician installs termite boxes without telling me anything about it that I was supposed to have them for the entire year as part of the package I signed up for. When asking management and customer service why they are being installed now after paying for one year without having them I’m told that a technician is supposed to check them every 4 months and I should have had them. So I paid for something for an entire year that I never had and technicians were supposed to be checking something that was never installed yet they were signing off for service they had never actually completed. No one I spoke to within the company seems to see a problem with this. Well I see a company that has integrity issues and is untrustworthy. If you are looking for pest control pick a company that will take pride in what they do and will ensure that you are getting everything you are paying for.

Worst customer services. On there website it states we can cancel when ever. That is not true they are wanting to charge 800on top off the 1000 we already paid for in the beginning. They never prayed for mosquitos when we had the service they did not charge us either but they went two months without the service we signed up for. They can pick and choose when they give us the full services we ask for but in return will give you horrible customer service. There sceduleing has been a joke and it definitely is not worth the money.

Terrible service!! They have not been in my house in years! They call the night before st around 4-6pm. Leave a recorded message they are coming tomorrow. I have called 20 times asking that they give more notice. THEY HAVE NEVER CHANGED THIS POlICY OR EXPLAINED WHY NOT! All they do is a 5 minute run around the house. Always complaining my shrubs are too close to the house. I cut them back regularly but the write continues. I service the outside of my home the day after they visit, and totally take care of the inside. When I get a chance, they’re gone.

Yard is not in good condition. Too many outdoor spiders. Too many calls to have someone come out. Tried to cancel. Wanted extra payments. Came to pick up termite control before contract expired. Update, finally fired Turner. My yard is full of crab grass and other weeds along with bare in spots. This is all due to lack of care from Turner or poor product. Highly recommend using someone else as I am already seeing results from their service. Gonna be a while before I have a nice lawn. I'd like a refund from Turner.

Purchased the weed and grass treatment plan. Our camera showed a technician came to do a treatment but because nobody was home he left the sign in the grass as if it was treated, but didn't do anything and left. I have contacted the company 3 times by phone and email and was promised a call back by the technician but nothing was returned or done. I have heard from neighbors that they have had similar experiences. Over priced and under delivered. Poor poor business and unethical behavior.

I have never been SO disappointed in a company as I am Turner. I didn't have much of a choice because my home builder hired them to do the Termite protection. So, after meeting initially with the Tech (Mike) - I also signed up for the lawn and bug treatment. (After this meeting I was told by my builder that they had already paid for the Termite protection for the first year... so I spent $650.00 as I was misled by the Tech! My lawn is now FULL of weeds and dead spots, they don't show up as promised or scheduled..... I have YET to see an "inside" guy to put down anything... I have sent email after email... even RESPONDED to an email because they can't "process my card" - and have STILL not gotten a reply. They are HORRIBLE and the WORST mistake I ever made was signing the contract they are now in BREACH OF.... EDITED to say that I got an email today cancelling my service - and telling me I owe them $315.00 for services they did NOT complete. They did a total of 2 lawn services...and destroyed my yard. Lawn service is $45.00 a month, and interior bug service $60.00 (which they NEVER did since I signed the contract on March 7th) - I will have to pay WAY more then that to FIX what they did!

We currently use Turner for indoor pest control services, lawn care services, and additional outdoor flea prevention services. The only service I can say we have had any luck with was the indoor pest control services – and that is solely based on our technician, Kyle, who is no longer with the company. The one consistent aspect of this company is the unprofessional way that every single thing is handled. We pay for full yard treatment and for our last appointment, the technician didn’t even enter our backyard. I was home to witness it first hand, checked our camera footage to confirm he didn’t go into the backyard in case I somehow missed it, and the service paperwork confirms he was only on our property for 10 minutes. Another major issue is that they fail to follow up on required appointments. Outdoor flea treatment requires two applications within a 30 day period. They hadn’t returned for the 2nd treatment within that timeframe, therefore negating the first treatment. When I called to see how they were going to resolve this issue, the gentleman helping me said I didn't have an appointment scheduled and would forward me to a manager. The manager then tells me that I do have an appointment - for "tomorrow" and that the gentleman before didn't see it on the calendar. However, we never received any communication regarding our appointment having been scheduled for that day, and regardless, it still fell outside of the 30 day window. So our services were still null and void and we were still out hundreds of dollars (and still with fleas). We contacted the company regarding these issues via email in mid-December and we were told the email was forwarded to a manager. I’ve followed up once since then and here we are at the end of January and we still have yet to have these issues acknowledged by anyone in the company. Side note, the lawn service person that I had been working with said we could add flea prevention to our regularly scheduled lawn care for an additional $20/month, we agreed to the added service, except we’re being charged $35?? Inconsistency, incompetence, frustration, and unprofessionalism at every turn.

I used this service to get rid of an ant issue I had. Was told when I called to sign up that it was $99 to start service and $45 for the first visit. And the first visit included a 2 week follow up. I was told I could cancel at anytime. I paid the first $99 and $45 for someone to come out. They were amazing and the issue was resolved before the follow up visit. At that point I called and cancelled my subscription. The next month I was charged $45. I called to ask why I was charged as I had cancelled my subscription. They told me they would reach out to the billing department and get back with me. They never did. I reach out on their online chat and explained the situation . They “apologized” for the fact I was given the wrong information and that I was responsible for a past due balance of $90. I told them I am not responsible for any payment that I did not agree to or authorize. They said I could reach out to a manager if I’d like and disconnected the chat. So I had to call my bank to reverse the unauthorized charged. Support and billing were disrespectful and rude.

This company is becoming more and more unreliable. I use them because when I bought my house I had termite baits installed and signed up for a quarterly inspection /spray. They’re supposed to come quarterly and inspect my baits, spray around the outside of the home, and wipe away spider webs/nests etc. At first they were coming and doing a great job, as best as they could. If I wasn’t home they’d still go around back and do what they needed to do. As of late, they ring my doorbell and if I’m not home they do nothing. I notified the company and the lady I spoke to first was really nice and said she saw he did nothing and didn’t know why. So she rescheduled them to come out. We’ll come today, the man came out, rang my doorbell, I wasn’t home, he did nothing again. I know because I have a ring doorbell and cameras. So I contact the company once again of course frustrated because I pay a monthly fee. The lady Rachel I spoke to today was quite rude, spoke over me and was not sincere or apologetic at all. She kept saying I would get an inspection report to my email but she would notify a supervisor only after I asked. First off, I won’t get an inspection report because nothing was done, but ok. I’ll wait. Then she said he didn’t go around the back last time because of my gates. Well that was never an issue because and the gates are unlocked, had they of checked. Nobody said anything to me about that...I am at the point where I want to cancel and go with another company my neighbors use. Like where do you draw the line?

I would leave less stars if possible. I paid a $49 "startup" fee and then $69 for a lawn treatment. They initially came out and all they did was fertilize which made my situation worse. I then called them and they told me they would have a tech come out on 4/6 for a "spot treatment" to take care of my weeds. They claim they came out. They never did. I was home all day with a sick puppy. There was no sign left in the yard, my cameras did not pick up any movement, and my weed situation is not improved. They completely lied and took my money.

Worst experience I've ever had with any type of service company. At first they seem nice and helpful, once they get you, it's a different story. Disrespectful tech, 3 weeks to get a hold of the manager to get something done, or undone I should say, and overpriced. Please shop around and compare, you'll thank me later. Worst company in service to customer completely. We have been with them for many years. At the start of 2020 they convinced us to upgrade to a bigger plan. They tangled us in a web of lies. Now everytime we call for service it is directed to leave a message and they never get back. We need the service at my property because we now have tons and tons of fire ants and mosquitoes. This is what I'm paying for automatically but can not get the service. This is extremely unacceptable for a client to have to feel this way about a company that is stealing from the customer.

Dishonest and unethical company. Do not recommend. We’ve been using Turner Pest Control for the last 6 years. We needed a termite pre-treatment because we are having a pool installed. The Turner person showed up, treated about 1/8 of the area and then left. We were watching from the window. He put the information in our construction document box saying the service was complete. We also received email communication that the service was complete. We called to explain the service was not complete. Later the guy called us and said he ran out of chemicals and was planning to return later. This is difficult to believe given that he communicated to his employer/Turner as well as to our pool contractor and the county that the service was complete. Also, there was no mention of him running out of chemicals and planning to return later (until we called later.) We were home the entire time, and he never knocked on the door or called. We’ve been trying to call and keep getting transferred from dept to dept and eventually a voice mail.

A tech came to my home and stole my wedding ring and the company had several complaints on this tech and still let him work for the company. The services is over price and the products does not work well. We still had bugs in the house and the grass was brown on some days. Happy we are done with Turner!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Turner Pest. They have been maintaining my lawn for more than 2 years and never did they mention any issues with compaction or grass intrusion. Recently they did a treatment for weed in my lawn, even after treatment the weed continued to grow. When I asked them to treat again, they mentioned that lawn has Compaction issues and we have to get aeration done at own expense. Regarding weed, it was mentioned we have grass intrusion and it has to be treated by our own expense. I was not sure, how the lawn had so many issues when they have been treating it for last 2 years and charging me around 44 dollars every month. If I'm supposed to get my lawn fixed by own expenses then what's the point of having turner Pest for lawn maintenance. When I called the person at turner regarding the same, they mentioned nothing can be done and owner has to bear the expenses. On requesting for cancellation, the person mentioned that I would be charged for 2 months, since it has been treated by turner on that day. After long discussion she checked with someone and confirmed that only one month expense has to be paid. Did the payment and got the service cancelled.

As lawn compaction happens naturally over time and aeration is required every couple of years to keep lawns healthy this is a normal part of lawn maintenance. If you want your yard to go from beautiful to pitted, uneven, dead and full of weeds, than this is the company for you. We got the lawn service to maintain a beautiful yard, and now it’s ruined. They have yet to acknowledge what’s actually killing the yard, however they did take the time and effort to type on it that a dying or bald yard is vulnerable to weed growth. So not only did they not treat an issue we hired them to prevent from ever happening in the first place, then they were kind enough to give us a disclaimer to anticipate the damage they caused to create more of an issue via weeds. What a joke. Furthermore, the notes from the most recent visit states they treated a “standard weed issue with the lawn.” If this dying and weed filled lawn they created (after killing what was a beautiful lawn) is a “standard weed issue,” and after 6 months of using their lawn maintenance and treatment service, I would hate to see one categorized as a major issue. Notes on the 3/31/21 report also state "areas may be remedied via pest management means but but will require time" yet the pest portion of the paperwork says, "none" and no treatment provided. The paperwork also conveniently stated that "Customer is unavailable to sign," yet not only were we home and available, but we also walked the property with the tech. That is a tremendously inappropriate way to handle a business. Save your money and do not spend it with this company, unless you’ve also set aside money to re-sod your lawn 6 months in.

When I originally signed up for service with Turner, a few months after purchasing my new home, I was told that I needed to pay a one time start up fee, along with $35 each month to remain active. I VERY SPECIFICALLY asked if I would be able to cancel my account at any given time without any additional fees, and I was told yes! I was told we were able to call for service at anytime, which the $35 / month covered. After doing my own research, and continued issues with water bugs/outdoor roaches getting into our home, we decided to cancel with turner in September of 2020, after I already paid my $35 for that month. I was told I would need to still pay for oct, nov and dec, a total of $105, in order to cancel. This is completely different from what I was told when I first decided to choose this company for service (there's always a catch). I told the rep in Sept that I needed to speak with a manager about this, as I was given false info when I first became a customer. Today is December 23rd, 2020 and I have yet to receive a call from Turner's management to address this issue, and NO CALLS at all. Every single time I try calling Turner, even while still a customer, the wait time is over 30 minutes and it's absolutely ridiculous. Called again on 12/22/20 and was told manager is busy and would call me. Still no call. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

I just got off the phone with customer service, I am trying to get information about the type of service I need( inside insects). The man “helping” me seemed to be reading a script. I couldn’t get my questions answered about monthly service so I opted for the one time Option. Got everything set up and he wanted payment up front while we were on phone. I said no I don’t do business that way. He put me on hold, came back and said it had to be paid up front. I said I will use another company. I’ve used them in the past and the woman that helped me then was very helpful. Think customer service needs tweaking just a bit.

We would need to send a field inspector out to assess the extent of the infestation first, then he would be able to provide you with the pricing to deal with your specific issues. Terrible, Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charged over $800 up front. Day of service two different techs come out first tech didn't complete job and told me I needed to call turner to fix. Second tech couldn't get device to work and also told me to call turner. both techs left with out any resolution from turner. I called three times in one day to get nothing fixed. Now day 4 five calls in and no one has returned my call or fixed my issues. Services only half completed. There was damage to my walls that were not fixed. A huge cement smear on my driveway where they patched a hole drilled for termite control. Stay away, worst experience.

I really wanted to give them a try but unfortunately nobody would ever return my call to set up a initial appointment. I originally had sent an online request and was emailed back with a quote. When I called to set it up the guy who answered did not know how to schedule but after putting my on hold for almost 15 minutes said I would have to wait for his manager to get back and then he would call me. It’s been a week and nobody ever called me back. I have found a different company that was able to put me on the schedule on my first phone call and I will be going with them.

After being a Turner customer (both lawn and home) for many years, I had a wide spread problem with fungus that was negatively affecting my lawn. I tried to patiently deal with the supervisor and lawn technicians, but after 8 months of continuous poor service and consistently not following up those treatments to ensure resolution (all of which is documented in text communications from me to the Turner supervisor) I left. It’s a shame that they have lost their professional compass, because they were a good company at one time. I don’t know if the purchase of Turner by @Anticimex a couple of years ago was a contributing factor, but they sure have seemed to go downhill since then. It got so bad that I actually had a Turner lawn technician question who I was in my own backyard after he had just watched me walk out of my house. I resodded and replugged my St. Augustine grass and applied hundreds of pounds of top soil to achieve a great lawn. Unfortunately, because of their mismanagement of the fungus treatment and not treating for sod webworms (even after I reported seeing them) I now have bare and thinning areas throughout my lawn and the weeds are taking over. The final straw was when I called on a Friday and asked to speak with the Manager to discuss the problems. I never received any calls from them that Friday, not over the weekend, not on Monday and when I didn't hear anything on Tuesday I canceled all of my services. When I told the customer service representative that I was especially disappointed with their lawn treatment service, she said that she hears that a lot from customers. I cannot possibly recommend Turner Pest Control based upon my experiences over the past 8 months. Read their Yelp reviews for even more insight. Those reviews have continued trending downward. Finally, do yourself a favor and take your lawn pest control needs elsewhere.

I signed up for a years service on 8-15-19. I had an automatic monthly credit card deduction for the years service set up. Fast forward to 07-26-20 I called to request a service call which are supposed to be free during my contract period if I have an issue. I explained there was a recurring issue with the original pest I initially called them for a year earlier. They then informed me (after promising to come out and look at my issue 2 times before) that I would have to pay again as I cancelled my service. Yes I did cancel my service but payments continued as I was on a 1 year contract and I knew this. But if you don't cancel in advance you are automatically charged for the next quarter. My issue is that I paid for an entire year of service and that service doesn't end until 8-14-20 irregardless if I cancelled. I've not had any issues until the end of last month and when I called I got nothing but a runaround from what amounts to a bunch of incompetent people who don't want to stand by their service. If their service is so great then why am I getting critters and then a bunch of nonsense when I call them and ask for a service call? I paid for a year and expect a years worth of service. I've never had to call for a service visit and don't understand the difference of calling in the 2nd quarter of contract vs the 4th quarter of contract. I'm still within the period for which I paid. I've spoke with a couple neighbors who use Turner as well and they too will be canceling at the end of their terms. These people don't stand by their service or contract. Will not recommend much less use their service again.

This company is terrible. I called to get an estimate, they sent a technician and got a quote. I decided to get their service and I got charged twice in a month. When I called they couldn’t find my account and when they did I was told it would go towards the next month. Next month I got charged again and didn’t get any service. I called again and they said they would give me a refund. After a month, I didn’t see a refund until I called again. They lost my service due to fake charges, and terrible customer service.

I was new to Turner Pest Control. I started with Pest Control and then added lawn services due to weeds. I was told the initial charge for the lawn was $50. I was fine with this and was charged when the tech came out for inspection. Two days later I was charged $60 for the service. I was not told I would be charged again. I canceled all my services as I don't trust them with the billing. Incorrect expectations were set and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you do business with this company be sure to ask about all charges.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I have been a customer of Turner Pest Control for several years (2015 - present) and I have not had any issues. However, I moved to St Augustine from Jacksonville in 2019 and the service seemed great at first (aside from ear wigs and silverfish constantly taking up residence in my home), but about a month and a half ago I started seeing swarms of sugar ants coming into my house from outside. I talked to other pest control professionals and they agreed that this shouldn't be happening, because the exterior is being sprayed regularly. I decided to contact Turner about having a technician come out to my home to do an interior service, thinking that this might help with the problem. Every time I open a ticket through their website, it is marked as "resolved" without any communication with me, the homeowner. The first time, I didn't even know that they had done this until I went to check up on it and saw it was marked "resolved". Then a technician shows up at my house while I'm at work and calls me telling me he's there to do an interior spray. Again, I was not contacted to be informed of this or approve this time slot. The technician gave me his phone number and told me to get with him to circumvent their corporate nonsense and schedule for a time that would be convenient for me and my fiance. So I called him and scheduled a time when my fiance would be home, but I would be at work. This was scheduled for a Monday between 10 and 11 AM. At about 10:45, my fiance calls me and asks if it was still scheduled. My response of course was, "Nobody has shown up yet?". So I call the technician and he tells me that I'm not on his route and that it was given to another technician, but that he would call that technician and have that technician call my fiance to coordinate. I was at work, so I just assumed that this was being handled. My fiance calls me about 11:30 and asks if I can reschedule it, as he had plans that day. I asked, "Did nobody call you?". Of course they didn't. So I told my fiance to just go about his day and do what he needs to do, and if someone shows up late without communicating that to us, then they would just have to eat it. So I sent the original technician, whom I'd been communicating with, a text message to ask about the SNAFU and he tells me that they never scheduled an appointment, but that he was on his way and would be there in 20 mins. At this point, it was like 11:45. I told him not to bother and that I would call a different company, which I did and they are wonderful. Since then, I was charged again for my service and all tickets I open to try to get my account cancelled are marked, "resolved". All I want now is for my account to be cancelled. I would love a refund, but I would settle for just having my account cancelled. Apparently that's too much to ask, so I am in an ongoing battle with them just to get my account cancelled. I cannot say that I would wish this stress upon my enemies, let alone anyone just looking for a decent pest control company. To reiterate, I DO NOT recommend this pest control company to ANYONE!

I maintained the Turner service that was in place when I purchased my home approximately 6 years ago and at that time, I considered Turner to be a 5 star service. The servicing tech appeared to be knowledgeable and thorough, customer service was on point, and Turner offered discounts for multiple services, as well as a discount for paying the annual cost of service in full. Through the years, the servicing tech has changed numerous times and while some have been exceptional, others have not; the level of service appears to have declined. Turner no longer offers a discount for paying the annual service in full, and the cost of my service has recently been increased twice within a year. At one point we saw silverfish and although Turner "tried", their attempts to rid the pest were unsuccessful and I had to resort to other means of treatment. Coincidentally, Turner increased my cost of service afterward, even though they did not resolve the issue. It is also worth noting in my experience with Turner, they are more of a reactive service than a preventative one. Meaning aside from a quarterly appearance, they only treat your home when pest are present, rather than treating to prevent pest from being present in your home. Given the decline in service over the years and other factors to date, my current view of Turner is a 2'ish star service with potential for improvement. Should Turner improve during my patronage, I will update my review accordingly.

Customer service is terrible!. They always seem to have difficulty finding my account, I made 2 appointments that were no shows. Spoke to the technician, said he never received the appointments from the office. For another appointment the tech. showed up at 2 pm, the appt. was for between 8 and 8 am. Tech said that was the info. he received form the office. Made another appt. for last week. Tech was a no show. Called the office was on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up! The customer service is among the worst I have experienced. Management needs to train employees, find better employees or pay them more. The first contact a customer has with a company leaves a lasting impression. My impression is a very poorly run company.

This company has been servicing my lawn for several years. They have always done a good job until the spring of this year. The company that cuts the grass notice sod webworm infestation / lawn moths and I immediately called to report this issue as their technician didn't note anything about it during his visit. My lawn company said if it wasn't handled right away, it could spread and become a big issue and could potentially kill my whole yard. Due to Turners Pest Control bad customer service and non responsiveness, this turned into the worst infestation of web worm my lawn cut company has ever seen. I have called many times and first time I called I was told the manager was going to call me back which he never did. I called again and there was no notes on my account that I had called to request a manager to call me back. (This has happened at least twice where they have no records I called, or that somebody was going to call me back.) I was told somebody would go out and take a look. They didn't, and ended up postponing my regular treatment for 2 weeks. When they finally went out for a regular spray, the technician said nothing about the bugs on his report. I called again and finally the manager called me back and promised he would go out. When he finally did he said he found 1 worm and that they would treat for it the next week. I never got any reports that they actually did. After my research I understand that it has to be re-treated after 30 days to work, so now I have been calling since last week and have been told the manager has to authorize a spray as it's not a regular treatment. My lawn has now so many issues where the grass is destroyed and now I have gotten crab grass too. I also still have many moths from the web worms flying around. I'm in a HOA community so I'm just waiting for the letter saying I need to handle the lawn issues by replacing the grass. I have a large front yard and back yard so it would cost me a lot of money to replace the grass. Again, I'm waiting for a call back from the manager...

I used this company for about a year, started out as Brandon and then bought out by Turner. I recently canceled my service as I really didn't see any positive results of my lawn and at $60 a treatment that's unacceptable. I also caught the service guy on 2 occasions stating that he treated the lawn when he did not. I was home and in the backyard on 1 occasion and got a call from him stating he treated the lawn, unless he had an invisibility cloak he never treated the back yard as I was there and seriously doubt he treated the front. The other instance Nest had him ringing the door bell, and my Nest covering the driveway had him getting back in his truck and departing 5 minutes later without providing any service. I reported both instances to Turner and apparently nothing was done as I had the same service guy back. After I canceled, they continued to try and treat my lawn. My next call will be to the BBB and Florida Consumer Protection Agency.

We hired Turner for our business & they lied both in our contract and welcome email about complimentary calls between quarterly service. The second visit the technician treated half of our offices and roaches appeared 4 days later. They didn't want to come and retreat, but they did. We will no longer do business with one that does not follow their own guidelines. I have cancelled my home account with them as well.

We moved to the area in 10/2017 and Turner was recommended by an acquaintance! I always pay for my service up front annually and did so twice however in the last six months we got two different technicians that were at our residence less than 20 minutes each time and we were seeing more and more pests in and around our home! I decided to shop around as we have multiple rental properties where we use other pest control companies! I hired another company because of their reputation and work on some of our other properties! Ironically enough I am gone from mid October through mid December and am in parts of the country with no cell service I returned today 11/12/2019 to find that even though they haven’t been paid they think they have an eternal contract and can bill $195 for a visit forever! This is unacceptable and my attorney will be addressing this issue!

Very poor customer service. We were scheduled for lawn service on 11/6 at 4 pm for lawn service and not one showed up. No one even bothered to contact us that a technician would not be coming. We waited and waited because we have dogs in our backyard that we need to put in the house when Turner comes. Then they rescheduled it between 8-12 pm on 11/8/19 and no technician showed up again. I did several follow ups with the office but nothing has been done. Just FYI, this has happened several times in the past and gave them chances but no improvement at all. Will cancel our service with them.

So where to begin on this one. For the past 6 months I have asked for them to call before they come so I can let my dog out. No courtesy there and have been told each time I reach out that it is on file for the tech to call first. Moving on to the good stuff. So let me start this as I have 7 cameras around my property, last month Turner comes out, again no call but the tech shows up on 1 of 7 cameras and stated he serviced my whole property and sent the bill. Must not have seen the cameras. I call the company and tell them what had occurred, both call and false service. Had a manager reach back out the next day in which they were apologetic, did offer free service which was great. So 2 days later I get a ring at my door, mind no call first, it was the guy who was supposed to do the service the first time. No hello, no courtesy, straight out confronts me on my property with attitude. Needless to say I tell the guy to get off my property not just once but twice and do not get to have my yard serviced properly again. I call the company telling I don't need this, I pay for a service and courtesy, far from what I have received, again wai until the next day for a manager. Again explain the confrontation from their associate and no call. Told them it they were not in the middle of trying to do the right thing I would have fired them. Two asks I gave not too be fired and not have this review put online. Do not ever send that same tech to my house again or I'll have him charged with trespassing and call before you come. To finalize the story, a week later I get my doorbell rang. I'm serious, no call and same guy doing the service at my house with attitude on my property again. Called the company and no callback from a manager. Needless to say, absolutely horrible company. Gives empty promises and poor customer service. If you want to be walked on like a doormat on your own property feel free to hire them.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to provide pest control service for my Mom's house. I signed a contract, paid $120 for the initial service, and scheduled the first service for 8/22 at 11:00AM. I was told someone would meet me at 11:00AM on 8/22 because the initial treatment would be inside and outside of the home. I took a day off of work and drove from Orlando to Jacksonville to meet the technician for the first appointment. 11:15 comes around and no one had showed up yet. I contacted the company to follow up on my appointment. I was informed the appointment was moved to another day due to the technician calling out sick. NO ONE from the company contacted me to inform me of this BEFORE I drove 2 hours to meet them for the appointment. All anyone could offer me on the phone was an apology. There was no attempt to keep me as a customer. It was the worse display of customer service. Not only had I signed a year contract for them to treat my Mom's house, but I had also referred them to 2 family members because I liked the sales person I dealt with. I immediately canceled my contract and demanded a refund of my $120 initial service fee. What a waste of time. I will be hiring another pest control service and will not be dealing with this company again.
